Murmurist Terms of Service

1. The service. Murmurist (Shreekar Shetty, Dublin, Ireland) syncs your Google Business Profile reviews, generates AI summaries and reply drafts, and posts replies to Google only when you explicitly approve them.
2. Alpha status. Murmurist is in alpha. It is provided free of charge, “as is”, without warranties. Features may change or break; data may need to be re-synced; accounts may need to be re-created before general availability. We will communicate significant changes.
3. Your responsibilities. You confirm you are authorised to manage the Google Business Profile you connect. You are responsible for the content of every reply you approve — AI drafts are suggestions and can be wrong; review them before posting. Comply with Google's content policies.
4. Our access. You grant Murmurist access to your Google Business Profile via Google OAuth solely to read reviews and post your approved replies. You can revoke access at any time (in the app, or via your Google account permissions).
5. Acceptable use. No unlawful, deceptive, or abusive use; no attempts to breach or overload the service.
6. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, our liability for the free alpha service is limited to €100. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Data. Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
8. Termination. You can delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Governing law. Ireland. Courts of Ireland.
